I primarily work using contemporary psychodynamic psychotherapy, a talk therapy which evolved from psychoanalytic therapies. My therapeutic perspective is unconditional positive
regard of the person, which originates in humanistic psychotherapy. My approach is integrative, which means that the treatment adapts to your individual needs, using additional
